Bulwick Estates has been in the ownership of the Tryon and Conant families since 1619. We let 40 residential properties, eight offices converted from stone barns and various other commercial enterprises. We manage our own farm and 450 acres of woodland.

We have been actively maintaining and enhancing the landscape since the Estate began 400 years ago.
